The Universe is still working
The Earth is still rotating
The Sun still shines bright
The Moon still spreads it’s light
Stars too twinkle at night
Everything continued as it was
But all my smiles I have lost
With You so much has gone!

It is very calming! Sometimes I cry a lot in starting of a session then slowly calm down and feel peaceful.

Yes, you cry because that’s the moment you’re in touch with your emotion and let yourself to be vulnerable. That is a precious moment to release the pain. It’s comforting to feel the calmness and peace! I’m glad it’s helpful to you!
