I’ve been having problem sleeping for many weeks. I used to take medication for that but I stopped it did months ago. I did fine for a while but have trouble again. I’m trying different things, exercise and use the computer less in the evening.
Switch off to breath meditation. I guess it will work. Try to listen to sleep meditation on YouTube before sleeping . May you find a way out of it. If you need any help from me pls let me know.

I’m doing fine. My daughter went to Thailand to see her dying father. I’ve been corresponding to support her. I haven’t done too much blogging lately.
