          1. I’ve been having problem sleeping for many weeks. I used to take medication for that but I stopped it did months ago. I did fine for a while but have trouble again. I’m trying different things, exercise and use the computer less in the evening.

            1. Switch off to breath meditation. I guess it will work. Try to listen to sleep meditation on YouTube before sleeping . May you find a way out of it. If you need any help from me pls let me know.
