earth’s Panicked layers

                  tired of bearing all burden

                       tremble then adjust

🌺

layers of our mind

                   tired of bearing thoughts

                          panic then relax

🌺

broken panicked heart

                 tired of bearing emotions

                    flow them out in tears

🌺
