Fragrance# daily prompt # season 3#attempt 18# tanka
Fragrance of wet soil
after heavy rain bring back
Innocent childhood
and its unforgettable
memories live on surface
π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦
Walking in the woods
Lost in fragrance of
Soil after rain
I lost myself
In memories of childhood
With fragrance of warmth and love
Attention and care
And that of innocence…
That has lost somewhere today
Replaced by materialism
Well groomed childhood
Has lost touch of sensitivity
But gained wisdom and maturity
I see adults all around
Where is innocent child of today ?
And fragrance of the soft heart
Are we losing them day by day?

It is a sad reality. We went out to lunch the other day. A table not too far from us had two adults and two little kids, 2 and 4 years old. Each of the babies had a video gadget. I took a few pictures of them – it made me sad! Adults don’t have to pay attention to kids anymore.

Today kids are mature even before their age…we used to be so simple and innocent at that age. These facilities that we acquire today is actually charging us so much.

Yes, I know. We miss the days that kids had to make their own toys.

I feel sad for them…they have not tasted the real life. What they are enjoying is all artificial.

Yes, and it doesn’t help with their creativity!

Yeah I do agree with , kids innocence is being replaced by intelligent brains, but they behaving like excellent machines.
We have developing brains , ignoring hearts.
