One day when blue of your sky turn Gray with dim light

One day when you look back and I’m nowhere in sight

One day when you hear no sound of mine praying for you

One day when you feel empty without any clue

One day when you try to reach me but only in vain

One day when tears fall down from your eyes like unseasonal rain

That day you will come to know that our never has now come to an end

And I was one shade of your life white mixed with black

Now bleached away leaving behind gray it will also fade away

After a while!

Turning that never to forever…

  2. This is just such a beautiful post with strong emotions riding the words, making the long lost love realise that one day they will also helplessly feel the pain. I read it again in Hindi and loved it even more.
    The line I loved most
    Ek din tum mujh tak pahunchna chahoge
    Par kuch nahi paoge.

          1. एक दिन

            एक दिन जब तुम्हारे आसमा की,
            रोशनी मद्दम हो जाएगी.

            एक दिन जब तुम मुड़ोगे,
            पर मैं ना दिख पाऊँगी.

            एक दिन जब मेरे,
            होटऑन की फ़रियाद,
            तुम ना सुन पाओगे.

            एक दिन जब तुम्हारी रूह का ख़ालीपन,
            तुम समज ना पाओगे.

            एक दिन जब तुम चाह कर भी,
            मुझ तक पहुँच ना पाओगे.

            एक दिन जब तुम्हारे भी,
            आँसू रुक ना पाएँगे.

            उस दिन शायद तुम,
            ये समज पाओगे,
            की हमारा इंकार,
            अब ख़त्म हो गया.
            और मैं तुम्हारी ज़िंदगी के पन्नो में,
            कही बीच खो गयी.
            और मैं उस किताब को,
            अपना कर सो गयी.
            कुछ समय बाद,
            वो पन्ना भी,
            कहीं खो जाएगा.
            कुछ अरसे बाद,
            तुम्हारा इंकार भी,
            हमेशा के लिए,
            मेरा अपना सा हो जाएगा.
            कुछ अरसे बाद,
            वो एक ऐसा दिन भी आएगा,
            जब हमारा कल,
            एक हवा सा,
            कहीं उड़ जाएगा.
