ये बँधन/ These Bonds

कुछ बंधन बँधित होने पर
फिर बँधन में न रह पाते
इन बंधनों की असीमितता
किस बँधन में कहो समाए?
आज़ादी के बँधन की खातिर
यह बँधित हृदय हाय अकुलाए।
बिन बाँधे जिस डोर से बाँधा,
यह मन उस डोर से बँधता जाए।
जब बँधनों में जकड़ता जाए यह मन,
तो सब बँधन इस मन को भाएँ।
फिर बिना शर्त व बिना थके,
मन में इनकी महक समाए।
अटूट बँधनों में बँधेंगे हम तुम,
इस वचन से बँधकर चलो खो जाएँ।
बँधनों की सीमा के उस पार…
जहाँ बँधन कोई न फिर रह जाए।

There are some bonds

Which can’t exist in boundations

These limitless bonds

Can not be kept in any fence

When attatched with rules and regulations 

This heart cry for its freedom 

Without any visible tie

It is tied up with an invisible rope

That is strengthening this bond

When this heart loves the bonds

Then it never stops nor gets tired 

And a fragrance of love enters it

We will tie each other 

In a strong beautiful bond

Let’s promise this and get lost

Across boundaries of these bonds

Where remains no other bond!
